As Associate Director, Diane provides operational and leadership support in planning, coordinating, and managing core outreach activities and strategic initiatives. In her role, Diane guides efforts to support students and families, especially those from underrepresented groups which enhances the overall goals of promoting excellence, access, and equity. Diane strives to help students gain access to higher education and understand what it means to be competitively eligible for admission to UCLA.
